Employee and Family Assistance Program - Supportlinc
The EFAP through Supportlinc is a free confidential resource that is available to all benefits-eligible employees and their immediate family members.
You and your family members receive up to five sessions (in person, over-the-phone, or video counseling sessions) per issue with a licensed clinician to address each of the following (and more):
- Marriage, family, and relationship issues
- Emotional health
- Work-related pressures
Supportlinc provides free professional referrals for concerns, such as:
- Dependent care
- Financial, legal, and identity theft consultation
- Work-life balance
